This was the Best one in all the Diwali Shows I have seen! Everything was so well organized and everyone put so much effort and everything reflected in the applause they received!

Brrrr.... chill start

Brr.. Grrr... hmmm...
The chill started in Philly!! The Fall climate. Not the winter yet!!
its getting to the point whr u see pretty undergrad girls wearing clothes!! lol ..jk. like everyone hmm... okay like most of the normal people I am not a fan of cold weather. I love sun! I love love sun!! Thr was so much to do for the summer I wished I had done... Oh god its like done deal.. no more fun till 9 months now. Well obviously not! Winter has its own fun (liar!) u can see movies(bah), play in snow( for a day??), maybe go for skiing(and get hurt), stay home and watch the snow( get depressed), wear nice nice lots lots winter clothes(oh god! no money), sleep , eat (yeah add some fat),u can drive( no walks??), get flu. hmmm u can add sore throat, cold, fever,doesn't look exciting kada . Chill tesukundam!! tension kayku lene ka??

I am too excited for all this stuff sachi sachi. Mrinali never gets bored coz I do what I like!! and I always love myself kada. Fall colors, Cricket matches, diwali practices, having good times with friends, Dussera, Diwali function, Thanksgiving shopping, India shopping for lakshmi, My 2 week vacation comming up!! the first snow of the winter, all the fun slipping and falling, All the time i'll have for myself doing nothing and dozing off!! watching movies, driving in the snow... wow!! and I can write my blog frequently too.

Chak De India.Oh yeah I did see the match in office ;) nobody cares what I do here :D ... it was so good .So Exciting. I was so nervous that could not watch the last over. After so many disappointments this felt soo very gooood! Kudos To Indian cricket team. Hope you guys did as good in other matches too !

I am getting BIG TIME bored at work! I have so little to do, no new projects coming up and all the current work needs more info or my PM's review to work on... apparently he does not have time to work with me :( so me getting all bored and frustated! All I get to listen to is long lectures about how much work we are anticipating to get sooner than later and how busy its going to make me once it gets started bah!
Solution ?
Well... not a great one but but I am watching all this movies and TV shows and all at work time ... you wont believe what all movies I am watching ( don't imagine stuff here) all stupid Telugu movies... well no offense here but really some movies stink big time! well some were pretty good too! but most of them have unnecessary violence and show off! So i am watching this talk shows and stuff lately ;) it has lot of nonsense and gossip (ooo... I love gossips!) I am talking about Koffee with karan lol! I know its not good for building my work character whew but good for killing time!! what else do i do to keep myself entertained? I can talk with Jeremy ( our CAD guy) he is the one one vocally accessible for me ;) he sits in cube next to mine... he has some weird stories to tell but he has work to do in the office lol ! and I don't want to be wasting some of his productive time which brings in revenue for the office and compensates for the idling of people like me.
I really dont get the point of staying in this company ... I don't want to get all so lazy and spoilt!! so I am looking for work again.. yeah I am back to job search BIG TIME !! resume Update karne ka aur apply karne ka bas... all places... poor me! now that I have got my E.I.T ;) (lol its a certification we have to get to cont as engineer 'Engineer in training' will tell u about it later for sure... ) it should be easy I guess ! or not.. ??

Florida Rocks!!

Florida is so beautiful!! (just to visit of course...)Me akka and lakshmi were together after about 3 months... it was so hot and humid and you get showers every so often and it stops as surprisingly as it started.
It seemed like a film ka setting! for someone from north east! I went there for 3 days only so could not see much. I will go back again for a visit and its pakka.
Day 1 was in Sea World and needless to say it was awesome fun. the best one I liked was the killer whale shamu's show.. they were so huge and beautiful the only bad thing was it was over hyped in selling some stupid whale ka tail necklace lol! The other shows were decent too! it was amazing to see so many species. It was crazy packed since it was a long weekend. There were some cool rides one was scary though. At the end of the day I was too tired went to some Indian/Thai restaurant and ate some stupid fried rice and dozed off.
Day 2 was in Universal studios and Island of Adventures. This was my best day! First went to Universal studios. It was so cute and so much to do! The shows were awesome. Esp the Shrek wala it was a 4-D show lol! they shake your seats and give you the feel that you are a part of the movie! the yuk part was when the donkey sneezes they spray water on your face!! it was too good! there were so many characters and shows and settings. It was a great Experience. For dinner we went toa pakistani restaurant and I tell you it was so yummy. The food was very good. phir kya day done deal and so gaye.
Day 3 was Disney Epcot. I wanted to see all 4 of Disney parks but time nehe tha na so had to choose only one and Lakshmi said Epcot and so be it. Epcot was more like for grown ups can say. It had all this different world themes and then all this different country themes it was great! it was like visiting the world lol! yeah i exaggerated here a bit but its a cool place... We ate in a French restaurant! Shopped for some disney stuff and started for ghar wahi.. Tallahassee And next day evening start kia and came home by about 12 at night.

Monday Blues... hope turns out to be an end to my misery.. lol!!
well after a eventful weekend i am not expecting any more adventures or say mis adventures sooner or later. For all those ignorant ppl in the world "Mrinali had her first car CRASH!!!" well nothing to boast about here but to explain ...it was a shock .. and scary too, anything but fun to see your new car in a scene like that...
Sometimes I wish my life was normal.. but Miss.Unexpected always shows up. :D Abhi zara detail mei..
Jyothi came to visit me in Devon and we planned to go to Hershey Park .All excited I, Jyothi Lakshmi Roopa and Gayatri started ..well a lil late than we had planned to... for few miles all smiles and happies then trouble started.. I missed a left turn and very intelligently thought I would take a illegal U turn as it was a country road (Palmyra road in Lebanon county) ha pulled to a stone road and checked nobody was comming and zapak went for the infamous U turn and zapak a truck ran into the left end of my small civic and sliced the front part!! and it crashed into the fields ( I mean corn fields here.. it was a village u know) (this was at 11.15 am) Well for a moment I thought I missed being hit but once I got out of my car I realized how silly I was. Then nobody got hurt so cool. We called 911, fire department, Insurance and all that jazz ... nobody was angry, everything went smooth.. both my car and his car was towed. the cop took statements from everybody. The lady who owned the house near the accident invited us over and offered some drinks. I cried for about 3 hrs!! .. well story abhi khatam nehe hua re..
so now we called up Jyothi's fren from Harrisburg. had lunch and went To Hershey's Park. :D yeah after that unfortunate event. Its a amazing park, really nice I would go back ! .. went on some scary rides and had a hell lot of fun!! went to chocolate world too!! what a day to end hmm. sometime at 12.45 pm we came home.. Well Villanova ( My univ) had spun thier own story that we were run over by a truck and all the air bags exploded and @#$%&@#$*% lol!!... it was not bad for us but sure very bad for the car...
Now comes Sunday.. Sunday became jealous that everyone was talking about saturday so kya hua... well.. first it started raining heavy...I went to rent a car from Budjet and it was'nt easy to find a car rental open on sunday! and got this yukk PT.Cruiser which was smelly and shaky and dirty with all kinds of spills.. okay it was my bad so something is better than nothing :( .. gahr aake went to chilli's with Jyothi for Lunch (had the big hot chocolate fudge cake with vanilla ice cream.. hmm it s yummy!!) came home and asked Challa to drop jyothi back home.. ( Jersey Shuttle )
then packed all my stuff .. Oh! I was supposed to move in with Deepthi kalyanam on sunday night na .. chlao sabhi ko bye bola 7 pm .. I was backing up the car when gayatri stopped me ha "Flat tyre" same spot front driver side!! what did I do?? parked it back, I slammed the car and kicked it ( It hurts when you kick!) cursed it.. lil satisfied now :) called for assistance to change the tyre. one fat guy came at 10 in the night and put a doughnut on it . Monday morning I had to return the car to budget get a different one and unload and load again, came home got ready and got to work at bout 1pm. Half day dumma. Went to deepthis' home ( now our home) and unloaded and unpacked the stuff.. ate dinner and done deal.

I think I was a lil fortunate in this series of incidents. first nobody got hurt, not even a scratch when the truck hit us. Which was such a big thing. Nothing was bad or ugly everything was taken care of as if it was planned very nicely to be the exact way it happened. And I did not realize I had a flat tyre in the middle of a road !! it was near my apt so I could relax and not panic.

lately therz a lot of things going on with me ... for a change I am a part of a situation and not a cause.

This is a "diary" post is for last week: hmm when you get a break middle of week life becomes exciting. I am talking about July 4th (holiday) Sachin planned a trip to Philly and I picked him up frm airport.. I think this is the first time I have picked anybody frm airport... well wednesday was fun! went to lunch, played game, shopping kia, timepass kia and went to sleep. thursday office se 12.30 ko Jump and landed in J415 lol.. saw a movie.. actually i dont want to write all this.. but some exciting things about this week are a) Sachin visited b) Nikhil did not visit c)I worked only 2.5 days this week d)The Apt oppostite to ours was on fire really there were 7 fire engines and the block was evacuated e) went to Washington DC and Lakshmi lost my camera sob sob f) Went to Jersey met Jyothi after almost 3 yrs and went to Shilpa's gruhapravesh together g) Had some awful food in restuarents and drank a lil bit h)Had some great time i) something exciting (the last one is a secret!! shhhh.. i'll let u know re)

Oh yeah ofcourse I did watch Harry Potter “ Order of phoenix” u got to watch it re.. its Awesome... I saw it in I.max 3D in KOP … ( 3D was for only 20 mins though) . Now time for the 7^th book.. I’ll sure be busy reading that. Here is something.... while I was driving back from home after collecting my wallet which I had forgotten at home and I was pulled over by a cop.. man I was lil scared but I was also lil excited coz it was the first time u know… gee.. It was like did I take a wrong turn? Did I break a signal? Was I driving fast? I am not going to be arrested right !! Whats now dude… well apparently I had not turned on the Headlights … I gave the typical “Mrinali is nervous” giggle and cop smiled and said “so u r driving a new car huh.. hmm.. pretty new right.. turn on the headlights mam.. now drive safe don’t worry its just the lights were not on” bas untnahech…

Chill in Colorado Springs!

Colorado springs .. Place to be!!
Its so beautiful.. mountains, valleys... this was the first time I saw mountains.. gee well I was meeting my siter after 6 months almost and she seemed to loose a lot of weight, well maybe I compared her to lakshmi lol..!!
The 3 days trip started on friday dumma frm office.. Akka picked us frm airport after a lot of confusing directions to lakshmi atlast we found her!! ate Sub on the went home, she was wrking frm home so did not do much. Evening ko uska ghar shift kia thoda sa and shopping kia.

Saturday was the adventure time went to ZOO ( have to visit some khas species) it was fun.Didi was driving all the time well should say she did a pretty good job with that I was a scared rat when I had to drive my car for a month almost. Colorado springs is quite a scary place for driving. I saw so many accidents on the way baap re. We teamed up with didi'f fren Ratish and his family for Mountain zoo. then went to Pikes Peak man it was awsome.. it was like a dream. we went on the top of the mountain and lo! it was snowing im May!! cant believe it. It was amazing from the top. too much fun!! from there Seven Falls in the night. Its a series of 7 falls of a same stream. Well it was million times better than Ruby falls lol. I think i'll post some pics later in this post. we came home late and dinner was light. lakshmi wanted to go shopping and was nagging about it all the day huh and she says she is grown up bah!

Sunday was even better ( no we did not go to shopping today too!! poor lakshmi) we went to rafting on Arkansas river in the morning. it took till late afternoon .Then went on Royal George rail a 24-mile journey through the 1,000 foot deep Royal Gorge, alongside the raging Arkansas River it is a very beautiful route. Next stop was Royal George Bridge and park we walked across the Royal George bridge for some more adventure for sky coaster. I was scared to death to try it and gave a hard time to ppl there but after 2 swings 1,200 feet above the Arkansas River, it was damn thrilling, went on a ariel tram Gliding more than 1,100 feet above the canyon floor is the world's longest single-span Aerial Tram, then on the world's steepest Incline Railway (45 degree slope) is still considered one of the most difficult structures ever built . Was so tired and amazed end of the day!

Monday was a slow day got up late did some timepass at home. Moved some of didi's stuff to her new home. and went to Pirates -3 and came home with "I love Jonny Depp" mania lol .. Went to shopping ( wallmart okay!! some gen stuff for didi's home not shopping shopping) had to pack and get back to Philly... cont...

Arey India is putting such a bad performance in World Cup.. too much disappointing .. I wanted to see a India-Pak match re.. thatz one more disappointment .. not that I am glad they lost so badly that they killed their coach (oops.. ) If they dont make to super eight baap re baap.. total loss to all the advertisers and also the 1 billion disappointed junta.. they might kill 1 or 2 cricketers.. lol..!! cool na full band in India dhoom dhadaka.... I know I am talking all stupid stuff here.. he he
newayz coming back to a smaller number of ppl.. thtz me and my world.. nothing so far is going according to my plans which means no trouble yet.... I dont understand why things go exactly in the opposite way to what I anticipate.. changing my plans all the time lol!!.. one thing is I really wanted to move in with Deepthi into a new apt which I cannot now sob sob its too far from my office re and does not make any sense .. but the good thing is I'm going back to Devon.. and stay with my kiddo sis (Lakshmi ) .. Just heard our office is going to move to a different location.. aaaaghhh..(so now again I do not know which part of the planet I'll end up working). I hate all this stuff I have no control on... BTW I am buying a car too sooner than later now.. not the new Honda Civic I had planned for sob sob.. no dabbulu.. I am going for a used car.... used by donno who it will be.. hope its a celebrity.. coz it will be used by a future celebrity (thatz me ofcourse re...) then I can sell it for millions of dollars when I get famous.. Mrinali's first car only for 100billion dollars... (very stupid na.. wait and see)

I miss our undergrad... uh uh all of a sudden so nostalgic..?? kya hua.. apparently she was orkutting and reading deepz blog and pic in my album about UG(Undergrad) hmm.. cool 1 year back i would have sang to her music but now! I was desperately trying to be the old mrins apparently to be the person she was calling to.... it took me some time to tune in.. I was wondering wht had happened to me.. whrz all the enthu I had.. oh okay.. so now I share some dry gossips with her and started talking about our insane days and wondered how happy I was back then... we did so many stupid things which went unnoticed some times and not so lucky other times.. all tht giggling in the class.. making my conclusions about every logic and trying to support it although it was pointless... College bunk karke movies going.. writing notes with invisible ink... Exams panics..!! Swetha giving lecture about how stupid I and Deepika behave... sowmya's famous line sampesthanee... Jyothi and her never ending worries... and so many more...The presentations,.. travelling... the trips ( Anathpur trip esp),.. saisree laughing at all the silly jokes.. neelima and her internet chatting.... Chilkur temple ... Damn and the IICT project gala.... yummy panipuri @ 5 .... yeah and the farewell party fantasy talk... so many many ... list just goes on.... talking with her I realized such a bore I am now... I stopped calling my frens on weekends and have those long chats with 5 -6 ppl on the conf call... I was wondering was it because of the wrk.. ahaan.. not really I am not busy with my work... then what .. I realized something (shhhh..) hmmm ... maybe coz everybody else has become busy with their lives too.. or did I just Grow up (no way na I know tht!!) ... Talking to Preethi made lot of sense to me.. then she got a call frm her fiancee and she said she'll call me right back.. which has been 2 days as of now.. preethi baby its my turn to yell now... wht say??

My B'day started with some sweet n silly ppl calling me a 11 in the night disturbing my peaceful sleep ha ha... it was nice though.. Nothing special for this B'day just for the fact that I've become older now!! for a change I did pooja today .. quite impresive na.. Hey this B'day I have a Job .. I'm employed re.. Could never imagine me going to office and working tht 8 hrs shift but here I am.
Came to work.. not much to do here.. so was fooling around the office looking for work which is what I have been doing since 1 month now. They dont have enough work to keep me occupied lol!! so isliye started orkutting and chatting @ work nice na.. yeah also studying for my EIT exam.. poor thing me :( I need to get through that stinky exam asap.
So tired after not doing any work and *&$%^$# all the time. I could sleep for the rest of the day but thn answered all the calls till late and ate some junk food.. and got loads of wishes to last this year long.. Thanks for the whishes ppl .. but waiting for the gifts now!! so hurry up...switched off my phone at around 9.30pm and slept like a log.. thats all about it .. hmm did not do much.. papam mrinali no fun in her life na.. some things have to change pretty fast now!! and I need to get back to being the old( younger thn :D) silly and ever happy go lucky girl...

The World is stunned by the sharp contrast. How can this be that this poor grasshopper is allowed to suffer so?

My first day at work !!
whew..!!

Its nice.. geeting up early in the morning @ 5 and getitng ready to catch the 6'oclock train to be at work at 8.. whew weird na... thats the commute I had to do.. was tired by the time I came to the office.. hmm full formals and all ..lol!!>. our office turned out to be pretty chill.. all village ppl.. Lancaster na .. wht do u expect.. all relaxed and nobody was in a full formal wear.. thats nice.. then I was in the orientation, comp setup first thing I did was install YM lol!!.. need some incentives to wrk na.. .. blah blah blah.. Introduced to everybody in the office.. Paper work, filling forms and signing stuff.. Insurance, taxes.. baap re life is so complicated out of school!! .. One problem was my name.. nobody cud get it ha ha.... no work for today!! it was all gen talk, gen meet, yada yada yada... glad tht day is over.. got home called ppl and slept!!
